Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Returns & refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
In the event you are not satisfied with your flowers, please call our store at your earliest convenience so that we may assess the issue. We will request that you email or text us photos of your flowers and advise what steps were taken to care for them, and we will endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day.
Sale items and Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items purchased in store unless deemed to be faulty at time of purchase.
